WASD To move in the menus.

ESC To exit the menus.
Space to accept / enter the menus.
Space to Jump.
Q To activate a BodyShield.
E To activate Normal Shield.

I was going to put music on it but since it is such a short game I preferred that the user use the music they love then, cheer up, and good luck.
